After having a look at the leagues above us and below who would you like to play in the championship next season?
Personally I hope Inverness stay up as its a great away day.
Wouldn`t mind seeing Livingston come down too as its not too far to travel for away games.
Just interested to see what thoughts others have on this?

2nd bottom of the Premier league to stay up.
Montrose or Alloa to get promoted

I can`t see ICT losing the playoffs, but if they do, I`ll plump for a local team. Alloa fits the bill.
Part of me wants to see Raith get a season in the top league. I don`t hate them, I`m a Fifer.
Having said that, though, I don`t want to have to better two parachute payment teams next year.
I think if we get the front line right, we have a chance.

Livingston are doomed, but if we are serious about promotion next season then we don`t want St Johnstone or Ross County coming down as well.
If a Championship team is promoted I would be happy to see it being Partick Thistle. That`s partly because I`m a closet Jags fan but mainly because otherwise they are more likely to near the top of the Championship than Raith or Airdrie, both of whom will find it hard to match this season`s results.
I`m not fussed about who comes up with Falkirk. Montrose would be whipping boys, and we should have nothing to fear from Hamilton or Alloa.

Livi down, championship playoff teams remain in the division and Montrose/Alloa to come up in place of Queen`s park/Inverness.
I think if we get the act together in the summer recruitment the club can have a real go at a title charge next season. Absolutely no reason to be scared of anyone else in the league should it transpire like that.

Montrose to come up. Don`t want St Johnstone, they`ve got new American ownership coming. County have old Roy with his millions too.
Would have loved Aberdeen to come down but that ship sailed a few games ago.

If we somehow become a free scoring team, then we`ll have a chance at the title, but that`s going to require a training and tactics overhaul.
No reason why we won`t be in the top half of the league though

I wouldn`t want another team coming down from the Premiership as they`re all pretty low rent teams IMO. I`m sure if ICT remain in the Championship they`d fancy a derby against Ross County. Plus St Johnstone have just been bought so expect a bit of a cash splash to bring them back up if they go down.
Hamilton or Alloa coming up could be good. I`d quite like to see QP go down as I still think Dom Thomas was at it.

The St Johnstone ownership is still a wee bit off is it not? Easy away day too. Montrose coming up would be good. Cracking away trip and Petrie obviously too.

I think I would like to see the division like this next season
Dunfermline
Livingston
Raith Rovers
Partick Thistle
Airdrie
Morton
Ayr United
Queens Park
Montrose
Falkirk
We would be the biggest club in that division, recruit well, and there should be no reason for us not to be competing at the top of it.
We are Dunfermline Athletic, the aim should be to win it

We have done in the past. I`m thinking 2015/16 in league 1. We basically signed a title winning team

Personally I’d love to see:
Airdrie
Ayr
Dunfermline
Falkirk
Hamilton
Inverness
Livingston
Morton
Raith Rovers
St Johnstone
Just think that would be a belter of a league.

We are not the biggest club on that list.
Partick, Falkirk, and Raith have better head to head stats. QP have more cash than us, and Livvi have a parachute payment for 2 years.
Apart from 1961 to 1968 ( let`s not mention the not so glorious Masterton crime era), we are no bigger than many of those clubs.
Bigger crowd, but not so much bigger, it makes a huge difference at this level.

Depending on who’s in the league, we realistically should be challenging for it. No reason why we can’t but much will depend on transfer window and trying to ship out the deadwood

And revising our tactics to make the best of the players we actually have… and maybe being brave enough to adjust then mid game to react to what’s happening on the park
