 Questions for the Supporters Meeting

Apologies for the late thread - completely forgot about this.

Same format as usual folks - one question per poster, I’ll try to ask as many as I can on your behalf, and the updates will be in a thread of their own.

What is the managers playing philosophy?

And how does he go about making adaptations to that with regards to the opposition?

Moving into the new season where do we identify as the key areas to improve on for next season to improve on-field results.

I could phrase that differently but I’ve tried to be as positive and open to hopefully allow a good response from the top table

Why do we not play 442 more often? Especially at home.

What are the clubs honest aims for next season in the league - title challenge, play offs or safety?

What does the Mcpake think is the main area we need to strengthen ?

IMO need to spend decent money bringing in a striker .

When will the toilets in the NW be upgraded to an acceptable standard, with more than one cubicle in the male toilets?

Do we consider players outside the UK for signing targets?

I’d be keen to hear from McPake what lessons he’s learned from this campaign, and will supporters see and/or feel anything different next year?

What do they perceive as being the main reason behind the number of injuries this past season and have they learned from this, to avoid the same happening again next year?

Are there any plans to review the vendors at EEP? In regards to Stephens, with the majority of fans agreeing the standards have went right down

My question for David Cook is regarding club merchandise. When eerea first game in we had the strip launch, goalie strips on sale and some training wear and the stuff all came out roughly the same time.

There wasn`t any winter range will we see any improvement on what`s available to buy in the club shop

As an added point to merchandise, a lot of the more popular items went out of stock early into the season and were never re-stocked. Will the club address this next season with Errea?

Beat me to it, I was going to ask tonight!

The male toilets are completely inadequate, and the sole cubicle is often occupied by young guys enjoying dubious substances.
I don`t know about the female toilets, but I would be surprised if they are palatial.

These toilets would not be considered acceptable if the Main Stand patrons had to use them - why should the NW fans ("most loyal", "most enthusiastic" etc etc) have to put up with them?

I suppose the same argument could be made that your landlord wouldnt be happy with you building a astro training pitch in your garden. The lease would seem to include the rights to build on the land.

As the former area secretary for Rosyth CSSC I can give assurances the building contains asbestos.

I’d be interested to know why Taylor Sutherland never got a chance over Brad Holmes when Sutherland has been raved about by McPake himself. Holmes never looked comfortable in the team but always seemed to come on over Sutherland, which was very surprising. I’d like to think the fans would have more patience with a player coming through the academy.

amazing folk want these things streamed...just read some of the things above that people want to ask a Uefa coaching licence holder who works with the group of players 7 days a week and has issued numerous updates through the season that clearly have been ignored or missed.

“ contains asbestos” is probably more accurate than “full of asbestos”.

regardless if "full" or "contains" the requirements to make the facilities fit for purpose need to go through the same process

It`s not really much more expensive to demolish a building that size with asbestos as it would without. The asbestos is likely within the ceiling/roof and maybe floor coverings depending on the age of the building.

Building probably constructed late 60`s, used to play football for them early 70`s and clubhouse was used.
