How do you know they’ve not spoken to him? He’s not actually buying or investing into Hearts, it’s more giving them access to his software and data.

The way I read it is that he is going use £10million to buy players for them using their data based model and try to make a profit on them.
Hearts won`t have a say on the players bought which could make it interesting for the manager. Will the team be picked for him?
