I got slaughtered for saying Livi are the dark horses and I expect they’ll at least make the playoffs.
They’re still running with a slightly bigger budget than everyone else. If they don’t get up this season, I think they’ll progressively struggle but this season they’re in with a good shout.
Btw, what happened with Myles Welsh-Hayes? I thought he went back to Livi but I’ve never seen his name anywhere 🤷🏻♂️

Seeing Falkirk top of the league and 14 points ahead of us after just eight games is utterly demoralising.

It sure does OzPar. Makes it even worse when everything associated with the club at the moment is positive, and ours is a contrast to that :(

The attendance last night was 5,715 and there won`t have been many Livi fans.

448 away fans. Which I thought was good for Livi. Falkirk have sold match group packages which includes our game, which will help boost the attendance.

It`s swings and roundabouts at clubs like ours which I`m fine with.
Less than 2 years ago we were on the crest of a wave, romping to a league 1 title and lording it over them, their wee flappy penguin rape apologist of a manager and their fans, who were facing a 5th consecutive session in league 1 and wanted everyone at their club bulleted.
Obviously the tables have turned completely. Might take a while but they will turn again. Keep the faith.

Livi with 5 clean sheets in last 6 competitive games but not scoring a lot of goals.
Falkirk looked decent going forward, lots of pace and energy but maybe just lacking something - probably McIver to be fair.
Announcer called it out at the end of the game -`we welcome 2nd bottom Dunfermline to Falkirk` which is a bit of a cheap dig.
Both teams will be up there at the end of the season.
C'mon Ye Pars!

Didn`t some famous figure in football say that "League Tables Don`t Lie" ?

You never tire of telling us for some reason. I would have thought they would give a truer picture after a lot more than 8 games.

They don`t lie but the only one that really counts is at the end of the season.

100% true but most folk forget this. I honestly don’t give a hoop what Falkirk may or may not do. It’s outwith our control so there’s no point in paying attention to them.
I only really care about it when we play them. Although it’s highly unlikely, we could scrape a 1-0 victory through there. Hammy scuffing in a wild swing during a scramash on the 6 yard line. They’d all be greetin again. McGlynn turning into McGlynn again… bubble burst.
More than likely we’ll get pumped tho 😂🤣
