Apologies for the issues today, trying to sort the refunds.
Issue was down to a changeover by the CDN company of their output network system.
Only knew about it this week and forced change on us.
Iexplained to them yesterday we maybe had a problem, but did`t fully test until this morning.
We found buffering issues and attempted to resolve. dropped the stream down to 720 to try and get something out.
They did not believe there was an issue, we are only little people :o))
eventually, about half time today I got this back from them when they admitted the issue.

I said, thanks very much but our stream has already started !!
can only apologise for the problem, and will obviously need to look at better backup support for the streams.

the refunds have been processed, thanks for your patience.
lesson learnt, no matter what you always need a backup in place.
I did have one but the network seemed to be very reliable so did not set it up this season.
appreciate how frustrating it is for viewers so do apologise again.
just to add a note, despite comments elsewhere, the stream has been down on very few occassions, especially at EEP.
the reason we ask for an IP is that we can verify that user is a customer, and in some cases they are not.
if we have users who view the stream without issue and others say there is an issue, we ask for a users IP to see if we can trace it.
Sometimes, for security reasons, a user may use a VPN and it is usually that route that causes any drop or buffering. Checking our logs shows this to be the case and by checking the IP we can let the customer know.

Personally I wasn`t looking for refund so will donate the money to the Pars in some other way. Any suggestions?

One other point about the streams is that the ouput is 1080p
It is not 4K like SKY etc.
You can stream to some smartTV`s but on large screens you will not get as sharp picture as 4K
