OK, I`ll accept all the pelters for not being able to find it, but whereabouts on the interweb can I buy a ticket for Saturday`s game?
On DAFC`s home page, clicking on "TICKETS" just goes to a page selling tickets for home matches.
On FFC`s home page, clicking on "TICKETS" does at least (after a click or two) go through to the Falkink v Pars match, but clicking on that just goes to hospitality packages.

Thanks Buster!
So in order to book a ticket for the North Stand (or the McAllister Stand), the customer has to click "Main Stand Seating". I suppose it makes sense to somebody, but it`s hardly intuitive!
Anyway, clicking on any of the sections of the North Stand on your link just brings up a notice saying "To book please call the office". (Needless to say, it doesn`t give the number, and you have to search for it via "Contact Us" on the home page.)
So I phoned the Falkirk office, and they say there`s a link for tickets on the DAFC page. Going to the DAFC site and the Falkirk match, clicking on "TICKETS" still goes only to home matches.
Why do football clubs make it so difficult for supporters?
EDITED - THE LINK PROVIDED BY BUSTER BROWN FINALLY GOT ME THROUGH!

Free tickets, free luxury travel there and back, free top notch hospitality and a free battery operated heated blanket and I still wouldn`t go to the game.
I feel physically sick to my stomach just looking at the league table, so feck going to a match where they could easily put 5 past us without breaking a sweat.
Some people are gluttons for punishment.
I hope I`m wrong though.

I think we’re the lowest scorers in Scotland (all leagues) now. McPake clearly knows how to entertain the fans. Lowest scorers vs the joint top scorers. We just have to hope it’s not a mauling.

Lowest scorers in the UK I reckon.
Crystal Palace were also on 5 when I checked the other day - but they`ve played two games fewer.
Livi had conceded fewer league goals than we have scored so far - I wonder if that`ll change in the next two games ?

Our points total so far is a shambles, can’t be dressed up any other way. 1 win in last 14 league games and it came against 10 men for 75 mins. Alarm bells should be ringing

"Is it OK to point out that we have 6 points from 9 games and Palace have 3 from 8?

Maybe CP can pick up a win (or better) in their next two games, who knows ?
That apart, yes indeed, of course its OK to point this out - one league win in 9 attempts, and that against 10 men - not forgetting we haven`t won another league game since 30th March, and that was against a team relegated many weeks beforehand.
Definately spoils my fun - and the rest of our fans likewise, presumably.
Perhaps we can take points off Falkirk and Livi ? Any predictions ?

How many more posts do we need pointing out our record over x, y or z games? What exactly is the point of them? Nobody on here is hiding from the situation we`re in. As for predicting results, I gave that up years ago.

There`s many reasons why supporters can`t attend on Saturday - in no way does that make them lesser fans by any yardstick.
I mind being one of the diehards through the really dark days - amongst the under 1,000 crowd for Jim Leishmen`s first game as manager at EEP v Stenhousemuir.
So, please, no more pontificating on this subject.

The relationship between fans and their clubs probably merits a thread of its own and has been debated on here many times. Crowds tend to vary depending on results and performance so it seems clear that some are motivated more by those factors than others.
I don`t think it can be denied that some fans are more `committed` than others. I marvelled last season at the fans who travelled up to Inverness for a midweek evening game and the season before some brave souls went up to Peterhead in bad weather for a rearranged league game. I think both games were available on the club`s streaming service too.

I`ll be going on Saturday but can`t blame anyone who isn`t. There is little to no entertainment value from watching the pars play their brand of football under McPake and naturally if the team isn`t getting results whilst also playing poor football, fewer people will be inclined to pay the £20+ it costs to watch Scottish championship football nowadays.
Given all that, I think the fact that many tickets have sold for Saturday already is pretty impressive. As pars fans there`s not been much to shout about in the last 10 years at anything above league 1 level and yet our attendances are miles ahead of everyone bar Falkirk in the division.

Im completely disenchanted with the Pars at the minute. Obviously want us to win every game, but at a stage in my life where the value of entertainment for the cost paid is just not worth it. Would rather spend the afternoon with my young child than watch us right now.
If that makes me a “sh*t fan” then so be it 🤷🏻♂️ the bigger fools are the ones that put blind loyalty in an operation thats currently failing. You wouldn’t keep watching a TV show if the first 2 episodes are terrible……

The thoughts of self elected Chairman Shelleypar - maybe you could publish them in a red book for the benefit of we lesser fans ?
Maybe better reading John 8 : 7-11.
Maybe i should release a "how to survive" book for you, maybe might help in the next couple years

Sorry ShelleyPar, I cannot make it on Saturday or even next Tuesday as I am turning a coin for my pension pot.
I was considering a return from Asia after your post, but the flight times weren’t kind.
I have a season ticket so I am part of the disgruntled team who don’t get value for money. However as I made this choice to buy a season ticket, I suppose I only have myself to blame.
I will be at the Partick game and will gladly buy you a cup of tea and a pie to make up for my indiscretions.

I`ve managed to survive following the Pars since `61 - so I doubt I`d learn anything useful - no big words though please.

It’s not rocket science attendances are attributed to results, performances and ambition.
This blind loyalty rubbish only applies to a small percentage of any teams fan base as history shows us.
No matter the size of the club.
If all fans were loyal Dunfermline would have tens of thousands of supporters spanning decades discounting deaths etc.

As AAPS post suggests it`s less than ten years ago Celtic shut the upper tier of their stands as only half their current support were going, results and style of play make supporters turn up in every league .

It is nonsense.......but I kinda get why he`s responded in this way. A fair percentage of our fans seems to have given up on the team and take great delight in predicting a sound beating in the next game. He`s only reacting to the polar opposite opinion which he`s entitled to do.
Garbage . It`s a chore to go to eep just now, but I`m there every home game being bored by our brand of fitba .
Why would I give Falkirk money to be bored to death in their ground as well .

Whatever decision anyone makes about attending is theirs alone to make.
But football has a habit of confounding predictions, and if you missed a Pars victory you would (I expect) be kicking yourself. Looking at the league table and the recent results, Falkirk should win comfortably - let`s hope their players think so too.

Bene is confident, and with a full squad fit and available, no excuses , hopefully we go at them, and give the fans something to shout about .

Over 1,050 now.
On the one hand, it`s sad that a match like this doesn`t instantly sell out but on the other, I`m impressed by the 1000+ who are making the journey.

This could go one of two ways; a beat down by Falkirk leading to us losing more confidence, or we come away with the win that turns around our season. Option 2, please 🤞🏻

Tbf I’m undecided about going on Saturday or not. If something comes up I’ll no be there, if no I’ll probably be there. I don’t think there will be any problems in getting tickets tbf 😂

The one I fear the most is Option 3. We do alright, kind of contain them but don`t lay a glove on them. Narrow defeat and we dribble on for another match. I fear that`s the likeliest outcome.

Scoring is clearly our biggest problem - can hardly buy a goal at the moment.
If they get ahead early(ish) it`ll be a hardshift ?
Hopefully Ayr can do the business v Airdrie and we upset the form book.

Yes, they don`t make it very easy for away fans to buy a ticket. But got it eventually. Now I`m getting flashbacks of McCann marauding down the left wing an Wighton sweeping the ball into the net. We can do this.

Good luck to the team today. Positive affirmation in terms of team and individual performances today. We can beat Falkirk. They are not Bayern Munich.

A few hundred left in the away end now.
What a day for a game of football and we can do it, get right into them from the start and the fans right behind the team.
