Barcelona won 4-0 away at Real Madrid tonight. They had 6 players aged 21 or under playing, including 2 17 year olds. They could be some team for years to come.

It amazing that Barcelona are willing to play 17 year olds in one of the most intimidating environments they’ll ever face and against some of the world’s greatest, yet in Scotland we are not willing to risk players as they’re ‘not ready’. Managers around the world should be taking note of this and giving younger players the chance to shine.
Hopefully Barcelona have learned their lesson as well. It was incredibly stupid of them to get in major debt as they have an incredible academy that create some of the worlds greatest players. 6 players started the game that came through their academy last night.

Where we have a striker who has come through our academy and is the only one scoring goals at the club glued to the bench.
