Hopefully a wee Ayr win would be nice. Looking forward to watching this one.

100% need ayr to scud them, a win for Morton opens up a wee gap.

Really need to get at least a draw at Queen’s Park, we can’t keep ‘improving’ but only getting 1 win every 5-6 games.

If Morton win and we don’t get a result tomorrow then not sure how mcpake can carry on

It`s says it all about our season that we`re behind a team with Iain Wilson in the middle. Never a championship player.

What`s BBC Scotland`s love affair with Ayr all about? They were on last Friday night too.

He`s been rank, the goal doesn`t change that. Decent finish though.

Thought Wilson was solid enough for us to be fair, and he`d be a better option than most of our midfielders.

Anyway, that was never a free kick for Morton - when I heard through whistle I assumed it was a soft free kick to Ayr, since there was no possible way it was a foul by the Ayr player - but they have to defend it better.

That’s really the bit we’re missing. No point in improving performance if results don’t follow…

Hope our manager was watching that rubbish last night and realising we are below these teams in the league. Surely one of the worst managers the Pars have ever had.

I take some comfort from thinking that teams above us are not streets ahead in terms of quality. That means we don`t have to improve much to catch them!

As for worse managers I`d nominate, in no particular order, Forsyth, Stanton, Scott, Hay, Potter, Grant. apologies for missing anyone out.

I agree with you, wee eck. Some of the teams above us are not exactly great either. However, the thing that concerns me (and has done for the past 18 months) is our lack of goal scorers. It also concerns me that some of our better players are not fully fit (and haven`t been for some time).
