Big commitment purchasing the full club.
So many questions also , what does this mean for current board member. The stadium is still in a holding company ?

Don’t think stadium would be included in the sale as not owned by the club. The way they spoke in statement they have their own team coming in and 13 members of other group are gone.

I imagine it`s the shares any fan could buy. They`ll have bought out the Germans, Pars Utd and maybe bigger shareholders like Braisby?
While I`m grateful to all the local directors who have worked tirelessly, I think a fresh broom will help (hopefully!).

There are a number of shareholders ( c100+) who hold small stakes in DAFC Ltd.I received revised Articles of Association late last night which facilitate the acquisition of all shareholdings over ,I think, 1,000 meaning if you hold fewer than that they are not being acquired. It was late last night when I was reviewing document so I may have got the detail wrong.

Probably the same thing I got. I presumed it was to tell me mine were being compulsory purchased. I didn`t pick up on the bit about 1,000 so might have missed other things, but it seemed very bland and non-sinsister legalese.

I got this as well, but I only glanced at it.
I didn`t pick up the reference to 1,000 at first (I initially searched for 1000 but I needed to put in a comma...) but it differentiates between "Key shareholders" and others.
I did note reference to "Tag along" and "Drag along" options, terms with which I am unfamiliar.
Is this referring to the ability for small shareholders to able to sell their shareholdings as well, and for the buyers to compel such a sell?
I know for listed companies this is normal - not sure of the rules for private companies. I`ll maybe do some research and post back here.
Permitting fans to own a small number of shares is normally a good way of fostering community engagement by giving the illusion that they can have a say in the running of their club.
What is more concerning is that any protections that the fans have via the PST or PUCIC may be lost?

Just a thought, not expecting anyone to know or trying to stir things up, just curious.
The Germans had 30-odd% of the shares and the loan thing to take them up to 70-something (exact numbers don`t really matter). That leaves 20+ owned by PUCIC which have also been sold. Where does that money go?

Into paying off loans?

Whatever money is paid for the shares, will go to shareholders that sold the shares. I’d imagine the money Pars United receive for their shares will likely go to Pars United shareholders. That’s just my assumption and not necessarily what will happen.

I agree with Bertie Paton, I always disliked “Living true sportsmanship”, it was a losers mantra. I hope the new owners replace it with something centred around doing anything for the win.

We were told in the media that one of the main hurdles facing any deal was that the consortium already held an interest in a Spanish club, Cordoba, and this meant the SFA would not allow it to hold more than a 29.9% interest in a Scottish club. We`re now told the co-owners hold 99.84% of the shares in the club. Does anyone know how this was achieved without causing the SFA concern?

The 29.9% figure came from the likes blooms investment in hearts. They were restricted to that due to having majority shares in other clubs. Bond etc interest in cordoba is a minority one.

Masterton doesn`t own EEP. It`s owned by Pars United EEP Ltd (separate to Pars United).

I don’t know, I’m absolutely certain that they’re top businessmen and they’ve got at least somewhat a plan for the future but is it just me that slightly nervous about the club being owned basically by 2 individuals? It’s now their club come hell or high water 🤷🏻♂️ (if my understanding is correct? I know I could be wrong)
I’m still optimistic for the future like just feels like a slightly more precarious situation
