Aye, Maybe learn to forget your philosophy of football and how it should be played and ask John McLaughlin what to do next week.

Asking John McL how to set us up properly is probably the smartest thing tidser could do at this point.

Maybe calling someone who has a clue to get us out of this mess would be appropriate.......I believe dick Campbell still has a phone so ask him. Dick should have been in to steady the ship with a younger manager learning......instead we pay Kelty hearts to add to our woes and take a gungho manager who can only play one way and got away with it against teams of a poor standard in the part time seaside league

We are playing at a level currently where our players lack the capability to consistently influence a game…..next season then yes he should

John McL has proved our players can compete at this level if they are set up properly. That means they need to be well organised, play a high intensity game and be direct going forward. Tidser ignored that and tried to play turgid play out from the back possession football that we have seen Grant and Mcpake try and fail with. The sooner he bins this philosophy, the more chance we have of staying up.

No he didn`t
He got a tune out the players for 1 game, mcpake even managed that every 4 months or so, then this group of players revert to the usual performances that they have delivered consistently over the last two years.
The majority of these players just aren`t good enough for this level regardless of who is in charge and folk need to stop kidding themselves that they are.

Players are in the main not good enough for the challenges of the championship. Only time will tell on tidser if he keeps us up or sinks us. Certainly not labour Tory boy so get back to thinking of ur next nonsensical comment to make

Will he change tactics and formation though?
Or will he stick to his way of playing the game ?
Either way it`s going to be a hard run in for rest of season after that debacle yesterday.

We can go on about tactics all day long. The bottom line is we lack quality throughout the squad. It’s a mass clear out of underperforming players that needs to take place. Unfortunately major surgery won’t happen until the summer.

He should be on that phone to the new owners and getting urgent backing to bring 2-3 quality loans onboard before the window closes.

I agree with the obsession about possession football.

Like if it works then great but ultimately I want to see us putting the ball in the opposition goals, how it gets there I’m a lot less worried about
