Now watching my mum’s home team, though she never went, v Liverpool. The stadium was a bit of a wreck from bombing when she left in late 1941, so was her dad’s roof for a while as they lived a bye kick away from the ground!

Giant killing isn’t what it used to be. Nowadays, the big sides play shadow squads

Whilst Plymouth done well, it was against a side that Diaz would be the only first choice starter. All their big hitters sat at home.

Disgrace that a penalty was given but satisfying to see it missed.

We should invite them up for a pre season friendly. Clash of the PARS

I note the points raised about big clubs not taking these cup ties seriously. The fans deserve better, it’s a ruddy long way from Liverpool to Plymouth!

The FA cup has lost its prestige when all the top teams put their second string out. The commentators were gushing so much about Plymouth Argyle, that they forgot to say it was Liverpool reserves they were playing.

Well done Plymouth Argyle, you can only beat whats in front of you and they managed to do the job against a team whos transfer value is probably more than Argyle have spent in the last 25 years combined.

Kelleher, Gomez, Elliott, Nunez, Diaz, Joto, Tsimikas, Quansah, Endo and Chiesa all have multiple premier league games under their belts and I am going to guess that between them have about 350 international caps
