Yes, but you can only have 4 from same country - we already have Tobi and Stevens, so 2 more slots available.

Can bring as many in as we want, with this style of football it won`t work

We need a couple experienced players to help us out. Wotherspoon has been terrible for weeks yet still started every week, he has clearly downed tools and shouldn’t be near the team.
We also need a striker in as we have nothing up front without Kane, even when he does play it’s not like we are creating umpteen chances for him he working for his goal by winning penalties or getting lucky.
Some experience LM and ST from the SPL is what we need.

What goods a striker going to do ahoy? Ny striker in the world would barely get a kick for us.
We need a good left winger and a a good attacking midfielder to get yeboah and McCann out the team, if they are decent they will start to supply young or Kane.

I thought a striker due to the fact Kane is injured a lot and when he’s out it only leaves us with Young.

I believe it is somewhat harsh to declare that he has downed tools. While his performance has indeed been subpar for weeks, so too has the majority of our starting players. You could observe his devastation as he departed the pitch, having to pass by the fans. Watching the match last night, it genuinely seemed as though the players were at a loss when they ventured across the halfway line during attacks. Tidser claims he has provided them with instructions, yet they seem to be disregarding them. I have yet to witness him in the dugout, standing and vocally directing the players; instead, he merely sits quietly and later emerges to inform us in the post-match discussions that they are not adhering to his guidance

Let’s be honest Wotherspoon has done nothing, apart from score a screamer against Raith, since he arrived.
We should never have signed him after the way he acted last summer and he has purely IMO signed because everyone else could see his legs had gone and he was in free fall.
He’s stealing a wage and his performances back up the theory.

Wotherspoon was indeed rubbish, but we got much worse after he went off. He seems low in confidence, but at least he doesn`t hide, he tries to get on the ball and move us forward.
Sadly, most of the new guys, except Mullin and Stevens don`t seem to be an improvement. Worse than that, most of them don`t look suited at all to the Championship.
Oakley-Booth is indeed good on the ball, but is a woefully soft, disappears for most of the game, whines as soon as he is touched. His attitude is shocking, which may explain his career trajectory. Otoo also has a habit of disappearing, I can`t understand how Tidser, a guy who has pretty recently played in central midfield in this league, persisted with that combination all game yesterday. Clay is indeed very limited, but at least he will do some of the stuff Tidser is moaning about, put a few tackles in, take some fouls. Or put Hamilton back in there.
I get trying two up front, I am fine with it, but there has to be some kind of base behind it.
Yeboah has pace and nothing else. Can`t play as a lone striker. Not convinced he has the awareness to play as a winger. How did he again play 90 minutes?
Taylor-Clarke barely touched the ball. It is a bit harsh on these guys, they might develop into decent players but we don`t have time to experiment with them at the moment. Hampson also looked extremely lightweight in his brief appearances.
And next we play Morton, just about the most physical team in the league, on our beautiful surface. A repeat of the second half line up and it will be another Dunfermline 0 Morton 3/4/5.

Good points, well made BP.
There is an old saying about ways to lose a game and last night was definitely not the one. The lack of fight was a real worry.
Perhaps the return of players such as Comrie and Kane can galvanise us?
Imrie will be licking his lips after last night. I’m sure he would have had someone at the game and I’m expecting he will be telling his players to bully their way to a win on Saturday.
It`s bloody tough being a legend

Despite the number of signings you still can`t help but feel the squad is really unbalanced in terms of the options we have. There`s no proper fullback cover on either side, the attack is extremely disjointed and none of them seem to complement the other. I thought we needed 3-4 players in the window but we`re now overloaded with midfield options that haven`t really improved what we had?
Stevens is an upgrade for me in that he has injected a bit of flair and can take people on, but he needs support from the rest of the team which he isn`t getting. JCM at the back is clearly a great signing, which in isolation is great. I think Connor Young could be a potentially top striker at this level but he needs time to adjust.
Haven`t seen anything from Yeboah to suggest he should be playing week in week out, or that he`s a better option than Taylor Sutherland. Oakley Boothe I think could be decent but it looks like he`s going to take time to get up to speed, time we don`t have. Taylor Clarke is another that is really a squad player which we had enough of. I would rather have Clay in there for his experience and grit, but Tidser clearly doesn`t want him

Agree 100% on Oakley-Booth BP. I saw him for the first time on Saturday and the second time last night. He looks like he has the technical ability to play at a far higher level but it`s looking like he`s not got the fight or attitude for it, and that maybe explains why he`s played so few games at 25.
I think our new owners have to shoulder some of the blame for these results because of their recruitment strategy?
Hamilton signed Charlie Telfer and Scott Robinson in January, not world beaters by any stretch, but two solid players with hundreds of games at this level or higher.
I feel for Tidser a bit because if the glut of signings in January actually included some experience things may have been different.

3 loan spots left although 1 might have to be used on Hogarth or another keeper depending on Mehmet`s injury, we need a hell of a lot more than 2 or 3 loans though.
folk continually bring up experienced players, again there are very few if any available and if they are, it doesnt mean they will come here.
