The big takeaways:
-He now takes the blame for the disaster at Hamilton after blaming the players.
-Recognises we need to get the ball up the park quicker to create chances.
I wonder what has gone on behind the scenes to force this? Has he had a moment of self reflection? Has someone told him some home truths?
Either way, if we are ditching the tippy tappy pihs we know as tidserball, we might have a fighting chance of staying up. If Tidser gets us back playing football the Lanza John way, he might save our championship status and his own job.

He’s been nowhere near the youths since Tidser was appointed, he takes training and is in the dugout every week. Hes as much to blame as anyone

How can you possibly say he is as much to blame as anyone? He works under Tidser, he can give his opinion but ultimately Tidser will make the decisions. Ever had a boss disregard your opinion and continue doing whatever he decided?

If his opinions and choices are being ignored then he should be strong enough to walk or talk up.
I’m sure he could go back to his youth job or at his age move on, sure he doesn’t need the job. If he’s not strong enough to be heard then he’s as much to blame.
I’ve walked past Rosyth a lot recently with the dog and he’s taking training.

That was a much better public interview than the post Accies one.
He confirmed my thoughts that he was angry and upset at that performance, and having ripped into his players in the dressing room, he repeated the criticism in the interview. Once he`d calmed down, he`s apologised to his players. They`re not daft. They`ll know that performance was unacceptable and that the manager`s emotions were raw straight after the game and will have accepted his apology.
That`s one big difference between Tidser and John Hughes after his notorious rant at Raith. His interview wasn`t straight after the game. He was quite calm when he slated their 5-0 drubbing by relegation rivals, St. Mirren. He was certainly within his rights, but he, too, should have left it in the dressing room. I very much doubt that Hughes apologised to his players for his public rant, and that may well have contributed to their eventual relegation.
Not your average Sunday League player.

Hunter78,
Maybe Lanza John feels he can still help the team in training even if Tidser and he disagree on how the game should be played, which is clearly the case when you look at the contrast of how both men set the team up. He could have any number of reasons to not want to move on from the first team at the moment, my guess is he doesn’t want to abandon them in what is clearly a very difficult time.
