Mullen having a really great game. I really hope we can tie him up on a long contract if we survive relegation.
He could go all the way in his career.

Finished 2-0 Scotland. Chilokoa Mullen did give away a penalty with 5 mins remaining. A slip by fellow Scottish defender allowed irish forward through. But CM got across to put in a great block. But his 2nd tackle was deemed to have tripped the irish player and the ref awarded a penalty. However keeper saved the spot kick.
Apart from the penalty CM had a decent game. Definately need to get this guy tied down to a longer contract.

Where is he actually from? I’m assuming he’s English but maybe a Scottish dad?

Surprised the club didn`t put a post up regarding him being captain. I always watch the u21s and when I heard the news of him signing I was delighted. Hopefully we get him signed up for next year.

Ah I`m not on X, I usually see Facebook posts but didn`t see anything about it. Thanks for that and glad they have acknowledged it as it`s a great achievement for the guy.

Absolutely, keeping him for next season would be another statement of intent assuming we are still in the championship!

Totally, and why it’s so important to stay up. He won’t want to sign on for a Div 1 team when he’s clearly got a big future ahead on the game and his performances won’t have gone unnoticed by other clubs.

I can`t understand why there wasn`t more interest in him when he was at Leeds or why Leeds didn`t want to hold on to him.

I do hope we have this young player Mullen signed up as I think he has a very good career ahead of him. Another imperative for us to stay up and lf we can hold on to him for a year or two both the player and club can get a cash windfall in the transfer market.

Really bad injury, took him a while to get back to fitness so fell behind in the pecking order at Leeds, but they helped him find the right club to get him back to the level he was at previously

I think him staying will hinge on what division we end up in. If we stay up, Lenton will convince him to sign a 600 year contract. I hope Hampson gets more game time as he clearly has potential and Lenton will pull it out of him. Same goes for a lot of the noobs.
