On a par with our game yesterday 😄
Awful watch and some grass on the pitch so no excuses there.

Two tired teams just waiting for the season to end. Turgid stuff.
Liverpool were very poor defensively today as well. Robbo having a nightmare for that goal.

I heard some very angry lifelong ST holders at OT on the Radio 5 606 phone-in telling how they`d been told they were being moved from their seats and they were asked if they were going to renew without being told where they would be moved to. The tactic deems to be to discourage some from renewing so seats could be freed up to sell to `tourist` supporters at even more extortionate prices. The same thing happened at Aston Villa apparently.

The greatest league in the world eh! 💩

Yeah football needs money to survive the modern world but these massive wage bills are going to be its downfall.

If the EPL wants to be a tourist league, let it be that. Italian and German leagues are becoming a much better watch these days anyway. Just need to remover yourself from the bubble that is British media

I saw an article the other day that the English Championship clubs lost over £450 million in season 22/23. That`s an average of every club losing more than £20 million in a year. Surely there becomes a point when that isn`t sustainable?

Saw on the trackside advertising that Premier teams are playing eachother in the USA this summer.

So much for the complaint that they are tired, with too many games!

The USA Summer Series is a total money grab and im in, hook line and sinker!

Tickets for Atlanta to see 2 games back to back on August 3rd. The wee man is desperate to see Man Utd live so `cheap seat` $100 tickets were bought not including the $30 fees for ticketmaster.

At least we will get to see Bournemouth vs West Ham before Man Utd vs Everton just hoping at least some of the big names are playing!

A 30% hike for a booking fee is an absolute scandal, JC. 😳 How can they justify that? Maybe if folk refused to be fleeced. 🤔

Last nights game was a bit better but I was disappointed in Newcastle for slipping into 3rd gear after the 3rd goal. They should have went for a huge scoreline as it`s so tight at the top, goal difference could be the difference between champions league or europa league football. Bottom of the league is done and dusted but there are many teams very close in the European spots.

Was anybody lucky enough to watch the Spanish cup game that ended 4-4,it was brilliant. One of the French cup semis was a 6 goal thriller too. It`s hard to find French footie on tv though.

It`s just the luck of the draw when it comes to footie. The top of the table games are generally dull. The top of Serie A and La Liga are tight up the top, with just 3 points separating both leagues.
