Unless Hamilton have an extreme and highly unlikely reversal of fortune regarding their points deduction then we are safe.
It`s just a case of waiting on this pointless appeal to cement the original decision now.

They won`t get 12 points back as those points were for a very naughty crime. 3 points at best.

If we draw at Morton on Friday and Hamilton
lose at Falkirk, then the 15pts deduction

Hamilton would need to have over 10 points restored to practically mean something to us.
Even if they got 11 points back and in the final games, they win and we lose - they would only go level on points with us, and would still need to overcome a goal difference of 11 in our favour. Also Hamilton last game would be against Queenβs Park, so we just need to match Queenβs score and they will remain below us.
Airdrie canβt catch us, so while I accept weβre not 100% safe until after the appeal, everything is pointing to us playing in the championship next year.
