Just watched his farewell from city.
Absolute class. Seems totally family first.
Although can`t help but feel there`s a wee spanner in the works as to where he ends up now.
Class guy👍

He’s odds on to be going to Napoli. Would be some signing for them if true.

It`s just a pity that Sky forget that it was Kevin`s moment, not Pepe`s. Camera spent far too much time on baldy`s gormless face.

Couldn’t agree more. I almost did a sick in my mouth when Pep started crying. Pathetic and so staged.

Interesting the link to Napoli as several media outlets are suggesting he may be wearing red next season….just saying!

Can`t see him going to Napoli. Wasn`t it reported he was heading to the MLS? Think his legs have gone somewhat - he`s not been as influential in the last year, 18 months.

As a life long City supporter, he`s been a joy to watch these last ten years. So many special moments.

But the time is right. He`s a little injury prone and doesn`t affect games like he used to. That said he could potentially still do a job for someone who is prepared to take the risk particularly with his injuries.

Thanks for the memories King Kev.

I wonder how many so called Man City,
lifelong supporters, have ever been to a Man City
game. Or are they just supporters since
Man City came into a bottomless pit of
money.

Apart from the Man City connection, I fail to see the relevance of the post in regards to a thread about Kevin De Bruyne ..........

Da No.1, there was one post mentioned
that he was a lifelong Man City supporter,
on this subject. So pay attention before you post your sarcastic remark.

Surely it is relevant in that a fan of a particular team will have seen more than most of that team`s players?

Jock, I get the impression from his posts that CitizenPar has been round the block quite a few times, so if he says he`s a lifelong fan, I`d bet he was following them when they were in the 3rd tier (now League 1.)

My point was GG is that Jock wanted to veer from the thread topic in order to lambast a particular set of supporters

Citizenpar made his opinion based on his lifelong association which i thought was relevant to the thread

Yup. Been a supporter since 1976 when my parents got me my 1st football top. Many darks days were seen before any money arrived and I stuck with them through it all. Not going to apologise for enjoying their success now after 35 years of of sod all success......

Apologies, alwaysapar. I misunderstood your post. I thought you were having a pop at CitizenPar when in fact it was Jock you had in your sights. As I see it, folk can follow any team(s) they want.

I thought he was the best player on the park in the fa cup final. His passing was excellent and his teammates should have at least had a goal or two out of his work. Napoli bound being reported everywhere. Bit of a strange one to let him go imo.
