From Scott Burns in the Record -
Dunfermline Athletic are keen on a loan for Robbie Fraser. The Pars are chasing a deal for the Rangers youngster.
Neil Lennon wants to add to his left-back options. The Scotland under-21 international also has good Championship experience. The 22-year-old helped Livingston to win promotion to the Premiership. Dunfermline has already signed his Rangers teammate Mason Munn on loan.
NL seems to have changed his mind about having players on loan at the club.

Great kid, good attacking fullback and much better in the air than he should be.
Really nice lad
C'mon Ye Pars!

Would be hilarious if we got some really good players on loan from Rangers while Raith were stuck with 15 year old, 7th choice goalkeepers and the like with their much heralded cooperation agreement.

Good news if it happens. I’ve felt for a while we need to improve on the left flank. Otoo does ok there but doesn’t offer enough going forward IMO and Ngwenya isn’t the answer either.
If we can get a LWB who does ok defensively but also gets up the line, beats men and gets a decent cross in then that would be great.

Losing jefte might mean he stays for a week or too until
A replacement comes in. Done very well for livi last season, would be an improvement to the squad

Think he`d admit himself was just the consistency, came in at a time where results were poor.
He`s very dangerous going forward, actually to the extent I thought he could have played higher but I think he`ll thrive in a LWB role

Big statement getting him in on a 3 year deal.
I think Otoo will drop to the bench now as Fraser more of a natural wingback.

That`s a fantastic signing for us, it`s never felt quite right with Otoo at left wing back so hopefully he can add another element to the attack

Welcome, Robbie and good luck.
I’d expect Kieran to be moving on now.
It`s bloody tough being a legend

good luck to him, another young Scot with potential.
"I think Otoo will drop to the bench now as Fraser more of a natural wingback"
like a few others he might move on, could still be more changes to the squad before the window closes.
