Could pick one of a few tonight but want to give a special shout out to Terrell.
Handled everything thrown towards him tonight and took crosses in well. Commanded his box well. And that touch on the Brown “cross” was just about enough to get it onto the post at a vital time.

Abdulia Absolutely strolled it. Must have given the whole team confidence. What a signing is he? Hammie - firsts 20 mins was getting up to speed. After that he was very good. Andrew Tod - Young shoulders doing very well.
Got to give a shout to to Bray too.

Surprised there`s not more love for Robbie Fraser. He was outstanding on the left, and Kearney was good on the right. Gilmour, Abdulai, Terrell and Hamilton were all good too. Good to see Chilokoa-Mullen play well against the Rovers as he`s had a couple of stinkers against them and was really good tonight. Stewart held it up really well, especially in the first half and took his goal well. Could have picked almost anyone tonight tbh, which is weird as it wasn`t a stellar performance overall but was still enough to better the wee team.

O`Connors yellow for them is exactly why I like him in the team. He barged into Andy Tod in our penalty area for no reason whatsoever, and Hammy came up behind him and gave him a telling.

Could have been a few but Gilmour for me. Thought his attitude was spot on, he wasn’t letting the Rovers impose themselves physically on the game & let them know he was right up for the fight.

Chris Hamilton for me! Played the captain`s role superbly. Really dug in when required, and stuck up for his team mates. In this type of game, we have got bullied off the pitch by the likes of Stevenson and Brown, tonight, Hamilton and Gilmour stood up to them physically, mentally and showed them they were not going to be intimidated, and that gave the rest of the team the platform to play

For me Kearney was really good first half, Fraser good second half, Gilmour could be Mom every week, keeper was good. But to step up from the bench Hamilton stood up to the Rovers bully boy tactics , he shades it. Lennon as well, gets huge credit no one in pub impressed by his line up , but really good by everyone picked tonight .

The various posts with different views for MOM show what a good team effort tonight was. Close call for me, but I think Charlie Gilmour. It was men against boys in the first fixture this season against Rovers, but tonight he bullied and harassed them all night, and they couldn’t deal with him

``PST run a MoM on social media platforms after every match.

It`s basic stuff min. This format is 20 years out of date.
Social media is a seperate thing. You think having to go to a different site to vote for MOM is acceptable? It`s basic stuff to have a poll on a forum. Laughable.

Hamilton or gilmour for me, always up for the physcial side and as mentioned with hamilton in there the younger players get a bit more protection from raiths bully tactics.
Kearney and fraser had their best games for us, they looked more positive in possession and both showed a good turn of pace that wasnt evident before now.
We looked much fitter as a team tonight, well either that or an aging rovers team are struggling with the pace in this league.
I’ve been critical of andy tod when he hasnt got the ball but he put a great shift in tonight and showed some flashes that he’s more than just a good finisher, bodes well.
If we can just go beat airdrie on tuesday then it will have been a massive week for our season.
Robson will be sacked soon, Raith looked poor and were set up wrong

Charlie Gilmour has been an immense signing, has every part of the game in his locker!
I thought Robbie Fraser was excellent, Toddy and Barney were decent up front. Hamilton back to doing what he does well too which is good to see.
Delighted to see Matty Todd back in and around it, hopefully can stay fit and in contention too.
Abdulai looks physical and aggressive but looks very uncomfortable on the ball I think. His technique is miles off but if he sticks to just defending he could be a real asset!

Refreshing to think that it was so difficult to pick a MOTM as there were great performances throughout the team. But I thought that the major factor in our win, was that we matched their physicality and in my opinion the people leading on that front was Gilmour and Hamilton, so a joint award for me.

So many good performances last night and some outstanding. Just shows the capability of this squad and we have others including Caceres to come in. So much more enjoyable to watch than the drudgery we have endured for years. We have the ability, if we add the consistency, we should be fighting it out at the top end.

I disagree with you there. His technique is fine at this level. Played some forward balls at a good speed/trajectory last night and his technique is no worse than any of our other centre backs.

Gilmour edges it for me.
Special mention for Hamilton too, hasn’t played hellish much and was slotted into midfield tonight and thought his battles well, there was never any doubts he’d be up for it. But sometimes he’s effective or completely off it.
Terrell, commanded the box and made a couple good saves when called upon. Could we have found our number 1 at last?
Mullen, after coming back from international duty and a long haul flight thought was very solid beside someone who is new to the club. No shakes. No nonsense. A good solid performance.
Bray, finally getting some good minutes and looked a fiesty wee character and can play multiple positions. Hope to see more of him in the coming months.

Bit of old school psychology. In from the cold, Pars fan playing against the local rivals and given the armband. And he delivered. Master stroke from Lennon.
