Oluwayemi joins Kilmarnock on a 7-day loan.
https://kilmarnockfc.co.uk/news/tobi-oluwayemi-joins-on-initial-seven-day-emergency-loan/
A 7 day loan seems bizarrely brief. What`s the logic behind that? Surely a month`s loan should be the absolute minimum loan term? Are Killie so desperate to save a few week`s wages?
All the best big Tobi. A lovely guy and a good goalie.

Far too good a keeper to be mucking about with 7 day loans, Needs to get himself a full time gig instead of wasting his time at Parkhead

Is an emergency loan to cover injuries, nothing new.

We`ve had a few goalies on loan over the years just for one match.
Nicky Walker v Dundee.
Hamish McAlpine v Meadowbank (it wasn`t his fault)
Davie Westwood v Cowdenbeath.
McCulloch? v Dumbarton? - Remember Bertie telling him not to worry as our defense was so good he shouldn`t have much to do, think we won 4-0.
I think we had Tom Carson for a couple of spells, one might have been a 1-game loan.

For 7 days initially, Dave? So, if need be, Killie may shell out another week`s wages? Are they so poor, they can`t afford to take him for at least a month?

I couldn`t care less about tobi , we have found a good goalkeeper in billy Terrell and for his development I support our management team, I would think Tobi had an offer from us but he obviously thinks he is better than us, so good luck but we have a good goalkeeper in Terrell and he will only get better as games go on !

I second that, been really impressed with Terrell, and he`s very young for a goalie, I liked Tobi, but good luck to him, but the position has been filled!

Not sure what the rules are if they need to do on a 7 day basis in case Killies signed GKs situation changes then re-submit the application again.

Did we not have Jay Hogarth from Rangers on a 7 day loan over the last couple of seasons?

I`d still rather have Tobi here, signed up on a 3 year deal as first choice rather than any other keeper we have currently

I agree on performances to date. I felt he could have done better with the Chalmers shot but that was me being childish that Partick Thistle players cannot hit worldies and in retrospect I question what goalies could have saved that one.
Anyone have his stats v Tobi.

He`ll end up signing for a lower level SPL club who will pass us on the way down when we get promoted next season. Remember to give him a wave 👋 👋 👋 👋

Watched the highlights, think Tobi could be in the sticks for Killie next week. That keeper had an absolute howler of a game

Yes that whole Killie defence was a real shocker, nothing to do with Sevco being any good, I hope he gets a chance there before his loan finishes.

Sevco definitely outplayed Killie but their keeper was lucky Miovski was offside when he kicked off someone’s back and he should have saved one of the goals definitely. He wasn’t helped at either header but was very flat footed for the first one.
