Saturday Social
Live Podcast, Music & More at PJ Molloys (Pre-Match for Dunfermline v St Johnstone)
A few of us are putting on something a bit different next month...our first Saturday Social at PJ Molloys, Dunfermline, on Saturday 8th November (12–2:30pm), ahead of Dunfermline Athletic v St Johnstone.
It’s an afternoon built around football, music and good causes, with a live edition of the Walking Down The Halbeath Road Podcast featuring Ian Westwater and Martin Hardie, plus live music from Fons Scotia.
There’ll be a charity raffle, merch stalls, and a chance to catch up with familiar faces over a few pints before heading to East End Park. Kids and away fans are very welcome.
All proceeds go to Boards For Bairns, a local project helping give disadvantaged kids a creative sporting future through skateboarding.

We had our final venue meeting ahead of the first Saturday Social and it’s shaping up nicely.
We’re buzzing to announce that Steven Mill will be hosting the interviews on the day, and Gordon Rowan will be sending us on our way to the East End with some classic Pars tunes.

Hey Hunter,
That’s totally cool, it’s your call how you want to spend your money. We completely understand it’s a delicate situation, and we didn’t want to step on any toes or interfere with what’s already working well at Legends and Charlie D’s, which are always buzzing when we’ve been along.
This is the first Saturday Social, but hopefully it’s just the beginning. If all goes well, there is an opportunity to take a future event to EEP. Baby steps though!
The idea isn’t to take anything away, but to showcase local artists and causes while creating something that Pars fans of all ages can enjoy together.
We’re all here for the Pars.

We’d like to share the commemorative Saturday Social poster:
It is a cheeky play on a well-known skateboard brand, a nod to our event charity Board For Bairns, The Pars and colours pulled straight from Westy’s iconic kit. We’re excited to present this exclusive poster, only available on the day.
These chunky A3, 300gsm art prints will be on the merch table. Only 15 prints are available, priced at just £5, so you’ll maybe want to get there early.
