An `assist` for the winning goal in one European Cup final for Nottingham Forest and scoring the winning goal in the same competition the following year is what he wiĺl be mainly remembered for as a player but he was also one of these entertaining `tanner ba` players Scotland used to produce that fans loved to watch. So sad, didn`t look like a footballer, but boy, he could play.
So much talent, might have failed to exploit his potential had it not been for Brian Clough.
