I had the privilege of spending some time with the Pars` defensive linchpin yesterday. What a lovely, humble young man he is. He is so grateful to the club for giving him the opportunity to come and play football in Scotland. He is hopeful that he will be in the Ghana WC squad this summer.
Wouldn`t it be great if he selected to play against Harry Kane and Co? I don`t think he`d let his country down. He`s strong, quick and skillful, so `Arry will know he`s been in a game, just like Bowie in the SC tie.
Not your average Sunday League player.

That would give me a good reason to support Ghana in that match - not that I need a good reason….

Ghana play Austria and Germany in friendlies 27th and 30th of March. He has to be in with an outside shout of a call up.

Would be incredible if he goes to the World Cup, what an honour for him and the club. Plus we get about $10,000 a day that he is out there! Win win!

It will be great for both the player and the club. Have we had World Cup representation before? His performances recently have been outstanding. I wish him the best of luck.
This is Andy Tod`s world and we are lucky to live in it.

Great to hear but if he doesn’t go to the World Cup, then Ghana Centre Backs must have some ability to keep him out.
Say it all the time, but I love the big man and hope he is with us for years to come.

What a player he is, and am so happy that it`s working out for him, would love it if he gets called up- bound to happen at some point, just hope it`s the WC!
You realise the massive sacrifices some players make, here is a young man, all the way from Ghana , settling in a different country and league. It`s a huge sacrifice, and he has adapted straight away
He just gets better.

A lot of Ghanaian centre backs are playing in some of the top leagues in Europe. Certainly has a chance in the future but don`t see it happening just yet

Feel like he’s a wee bit away from going to the World Cup, but i suppose you never know!
Can’t say I remember a pars player at World Cup - or a player in the Scottish Championship?!

Remember it`s larger squads than usual, so not uncommon for fringe/younger players to be called up.
