Waited in the queue, got to the front, passed Cloudflare and after a minute or so I get an error message from Cloud flare saying there is a host error.
Visited the site again(reckon it`s down and Cloud flare is showing a cached version) tried to buy tickets and it`s put me to thr front of the queue again.
I have a feeling it`s going to be a long morning.
If they end up costing £600 on Vividseats I`ll be raging!

similar to above, in, in a queue, time out, verification page which time out/errors. Back in no issue afterwards.
I know we have embeded the sales onto whats already there but Copy on the page is mis-leading (Collect from club shop as delivery option/Download PDF today etc) wont help in a process that is unfamilair to many and reliant on reading multiple communications for different information causes confusion (and laziness so many don`t/wont bother)

1/2 hour wait but got tickets.
When the queue it app said it was connecting there seemed to be a problem with COWS
Verification successful. Waiting for dafc.co.uk to respond
But used another link to COWS and it let me in right away to buy tickets through the home tickets option, fairly straight forward from there.

I`ve bought 6 tickets & according to the email they`re now "available to access" on my DAFC ticketing app - which they are. I can also add to my google wallet.
So I`m a bit confused as to why I need to use the Hampden ticketing app (which I also have)

The confirmation email says the tickets will show up on the Hampden app within 5 days of the game. That`s gives me the fear! The borderline neurodivergent part of me needs to check the ticket 15 times a day between now and the game!

No mention of the Hampden app when I completed my purchase though, just an option to add the tickets to my Google Wallet, maybe they`ll appear in the HAmpden app nearer the time?

You need to register for the Hampden app with the same email address as your DAFC order. Tickets will be electronically delivered there.

This is an extract from the `Ticketing Information` on COWS-
Tickets for this match are digital only
No physical tickets will be issued
Digital tickets will NOT be issued by DAFC
All tickets will be delivered via the Barclays Hampden app
In light of this, how have some fans been able to obtain tickets from the club shop?
Reading all the `war stories` on here I`m wondering if all this technology really benefits fans.

You will get a notification from the app when they drop, the QR code wont go live until day of the game. You can transfer tickets when they drop, you don’t need to wait on QR code.
You have to use the QR code in the Hampden App and not the future ticketing one as it’s an ever changing QR code to stop scammers/touts selling multiples of same ticket.

The e mail confirming purchase has QR codes on it for each ticket. I wonder if this will be able to be used, could lead to confusion if not.

Surprisingly the club shop have computers in them that they can use to buy your ticket for you they can do it the same way anyone goes into the website to buy their own ticket or do people think it’s just a if you can’t use a computer your not getting to watch your team

no, but they`ve mandated you need a smartphone or you won`t get into Hampden!
I`ll adjust the above, you need a smartphone that runs iOS or Android or you won`t get into Hampden - I`ll have to fish one out of the drawer for that (other mobile operating systems are available)
I think that is what is generally known as digital exclusion

You can buy them at the club shop where you provide an email address so they can send it to you and take your payment, very helpful for those who need to .
Me, I bought them the same way I board my holiday flights, let all the people who need their seats as soon as a gate opens go and stand in a queue, while I sit down and enjoy the comfortable way of boarding when the queue dissipates.........🤪
