Clearly it never distracted Kane but why has the roaster in our end got his phone light on to film the penalty - it’s not like the wee light is going to illuminate the entire stadium.

we got lucky with the offside goal. The player offside wasn`t the player that scored. there`s a video on youtube from an Ayr fan right in line with the play

We got lucky with the one that hit the post and bounced back into OX’s arms. We got lucky with the almighty scramble that was chaotic and almost comical after Mullen and OX fluffed their lines and we got lucky with the very soft penalty.
Deserved to win but it could easily have been different. Luck evens itself out over a season and there have been plenty times when it has deserted us in other games.
What an opportunity we missed in 2014.

Not a great angle for judging offside but it`s still possible under the Laws for a non-scorer to be offside if the ref thinks he is interfering with an opponent or his vision. I understand we had a good shout for a penalty which the ref judged was outside the box. `Thems the breaks` as they say.

The one that was judged to be just outside the box was on Cooper. How the Ayr player who chopped Josh down wasn’t booked was very surprising. Ref was howling though….apart from the Pen…lol

But he did make an attempt for the ball so he interfered with play, thays why it was called offside
