Ugh.
I`m going to have to want Falkirk to win tomorrow. At least I can hope for a Barney hat trick, before he tweaks a hamstring and puts himself out of the semi.

A draw would be good - still hoping that Hearts can hang on and win the title.
A wee tweak for Barney would be helpful too.

Will McGlynn follow Neil Lennon`s lead and rest some key players ahead of the semi final ?
If he does - cue weeping and gnashing of teeth from the Sellic minded - lying down to Rangers as the title race heads to the finish line.

Apparently Falkirk have conceded more goals in the last 15 minutes of the first half than any other team in the Premiership! I knew they must have a weakness somewhere!
VAR didn`t have an angle to judge whether the cross that led to Ranger`s goal was out of play or not. It makes a change from the soft penalty option I suppose.

I would be cautious there - Falkirk have been performing in a higher quality league week in week out.

Falkirk have scored just over 1.5 goals per game in the league, but they`ve also conceded slightly more than that.
We showed again Hibs especially, but also against Aberdeen that we have the ability to keep things tight.
I`d be more than happy it if was 0-0 after 60 mins.

I never mentioned Heart of Midlothian, not once.
When you actually figure it out and start arguing that Hibs are not more successful than the Hearts that are not Kelty grok assures me if we include youth, lower league titles and women`s trophy wins, Hibs are more successful.

I actually think whoever is playing RB for us will be vital as I think Miller is actually their most important player. Stewart barely touched a ball today so he isn’t unplayable. Falkirk looked like they could pass the ball about though but of a big grass pitch like hampdens it may be a different story. It’s a derby, it’s a cup game and most of that Falkirk team were in the leagues below them when they were there. We absolutely can beat them now that I’ve taken my medication today.

I`m not sure that`s using him to best effect.

Thinking the big pitch at Hampden might suit them. Hampden is wider than EEP and Falkirks pitch is wider than hampdens. They play with wingers so Fraser and Kearney will have their work cut out for sure..

I was in the London Road area of Glasgow after the Celtic game and there is genuinely a really hostile and dark atmosphere with the young Ultra team walking through this area. I was driving where they had no care of traffic, like they owned the place. I then parked and got out and it was even worse with large groups getting involved with the public.
I know it isn’t the best of areas anyway but actually felt much safer at 11pm than I did at 6pm. Very uncomfortable for sure due to the orchestration of the young team from adults also.
I think our young lads, from what I have seen, are enthusiastic, but nothing menacing like that mob.

Following yesterday’s match, many Falkirk fans have contacted us about away fans obtaining tickets for the home end and the behaviour of these fans, which included a steward requiring medical attention.
We have also received complaints about sectarian singing from a large proportion of away fans.
Football is passionate, but none of this is acceptable. We condemn all of the aforementioned incidents.
We therefore apologise to our fans for the deeply unpleasant experience they were subjected to.
Falkirk FC will work with Police Scotland, stewarding partners, our colleagues at other clubs, the SPFL and SFA, and endeavour to improve the experience for our fans.
The club already had a robust plan in place for the final game of the season, with enhanced measures in place given the potential significance of the fixture.
We are now considering further the implications of yesterday’s incidents for future matches against Rangers, including security and ticketing arrangements, and will inform our fans once a decision has been taken.
