Havenβt been this nervous about a game in a long time.
Part of me thinks it will be a comfortable Falkirk win and the narrative of an excellent experience for our boys and the taste needed to take as fuel for remainder of the season and into next.
The other part of me thinks, having beaten Aberdeen and Hibs we are more than capable of doing them over.

I`m slowly starting to feel confident. If we turn up like we did against Aberdeen and don`t give them any respect then we can win. Their squad isn`t much different than last year. Ours is and we are getting better and better.

Thereβs such a positive buzz about the club just now, culminating in the support for the young team against airdrie. That equaliser was celebrated like it was so important. Iβve not been confident about beating Falkirk but now Iβm starting to believe that we can. Lennon has been such a positive appointment by the club and I believe he has what it takes to get us to the final.

I think on the road to hampden its important to remember the players who will not be there or unlikely to play but have contributed to us getting this far, Deniz, Jefferson KRH, Olly etc.

Imo during the warm up before the game you can see how the game is going to start.
Watching the players you can see some are stressed and passing etc is slowβ¦Hibs and Aberdeen players were like this and I said to my pal we look a lot more up for itβ¦.lets hope for this on Saturdayβ¦Far more pressure on Falkirk.

Some think itβs a tactic, I canβt see it to be honest, whilst I rate Tod highly Iβm not sure heβs a player weβd try and hide from Falkirk until game day.

I think we do have attacking options up front in Chris Kane and Callum Morrison. If A Todd is injured it would be better he sits out for the playoffs. I think our defensive lineup will be importamt and JCM is needed I think given the bigger pitch. With Nuru, JCM and Kieran, thats a back three with pace that we will need with Matty Todd and Robbie Fraser as wing backs who can also get up and down the park. The pitch will suit our midfield in being able to pass the ball about. I expect our style of play and ball to feet will work on the bigger pitch. Its a game we are capable of winning. There wont be a player in the squad Saturday who isnt more than capable of stepping up to the occasion.

Currently on a very stupid sardine packed train journey from Oldham to Glasgow from Manchester Glasgow via York, Newcastle and Edinburgh, no direct trains running ATM.
I`m going to resurrect my thinking of how we should get v Aberdeen for tomorrow and say..
Get at `em from minute one. Never let them settle, never let them take control. Boss them and frustrate. We proved we could do it v Aberdeen. It`s time to show it again!

The comment "a small town like Falkirk" bemused me a bit - it was part of the ground zero community in the UK Industrial Revolution.
The Carron Iron Works was world famous and produced a naval gun that helped win the battle of Trafalgar 1805.
More importantly it is the spiritual home of Barrs Irn Bru.

We`re the underdogs but the way Lennon has us set up is generally more positive than we`ve seen in the past. For whatever reason we seem better in the second half of games so if we can keep it 0-0 for the first 45 I`d say we`ll be cooking with gas.

I have the same feeling as the Aberdeen game just now - no pressure. Probably because we should be underdogs again.

I was in Portugal this week so missed the semi (I knew weβd win). But Iβll be back from Abu Dhabi for the final.
