Has any season ticket holders managed to get tickets for Tuesday evenings game? I keep getting a message saying " we could not find your order details". I am logged into my account.

Yeah been trying for last hour and struggling.
I got to the point of entering bank details but it kept refreshing the screen and taking me back to start and having login again.
Now it’s saying my seat is taken
If known shop was shutting at 12 would have went down this morning rather than messing about online

It found mine no problem but assigned concession tickets at a tenner to the kids instead of U18 at £6 with no way to change. That was on a browser within the email app but I lost that session and I`m now locking myself out - hopefully for just 15 minutes. Hoping to be able to change selection on the first screen when I get back in.
Something similar with the away tickets. There`s concession from £12, explicitly saying U17, and separate U17 tickets for £10.

You have to deselect the concession first. Once selected again it gives you the option for the u18 ticket at £6.

Wetherby, I am using the correct details. In the last year I have twice visited the shop to rectify email address. The shop keep misspelling this then have twice said all sorted now. I missed the noon closing of the shop so it looks like I will try the Sunday morning slot and see if my seats are available. If not tough decision but I will probably err on "I will pass on this game". I will visit the club shop when it opens to again go through why my details do not work, last 2 times a misspelled email address was the issue, the club system seems to revert to a mistake they made more than ago. Bring back Davy Lamming. 😂

Yes got on this morning and managed to book the amount of tickets I required no problem.
If you are a season ticket holder you do not need to book your seat (just deselect it) you can book anywhere and whatever quantity of tickets you want

Can you claim the email address that they have incorrectly registered?
Not ideal, but might let you claim your seat rather than having to wait until the shop opens.
