I`ve been googling, and it appears it will be shown live on BBC Scotland. Quote:
Scottish Gas Men`s Scottish Cup Final
Celtic v Dunfermline Athletic: Saturday, 23 May 2025. Kick-off 3.00pm (Live on BBC One Scotland and Premier Sports)
https://www.scottishfa.co.uk/news/scottish-gas-mens-scottish-cup-final-details-confirmed/
Nevertheless, I prefer to watch our matches on Parstv, with our own commentators. Will you be able to do live coverage for the likes of me in England?

High praise indeed if you think they can do their commentary with their eyes shut!

I say give the Pars TV guys the day off to enjoy the game. You can watch with the BBC Commentary team, they are usually pretty good

Well, I hope that Pars TV is doing the cup final broadcast because the BBC has made it very difficult for overseas viewers to gain access via a VPN. Up to now, Pars TV has used the BBC stream when one of our games is live on TV, and it works pretty well.

I use NordVPN - no problems with BBC iPlayer
(Or ITVx, STV player, RTE player, Sky glass, SkyGo, Sky Stream, TNT player, Premier Player etc etc)

Thanks, Lux. I have just switched on your recommendation. Up to now, I have been using ExpressVPN with pretty disappointing results. Let`s see how this goes.

Test it out beforehand on other BBC programs

I used your recommendation, Raymie and Lux, for the Hibs game when in Singapore and it worked a treat. No issue. Just have to make sure that you are accessing the VPN before you start the BBC connection.

Oz the Cup final is being broadcast on Paramount in Australia. If you don`t have that channel, take out a 7 day free trial?

The BBC Scotland coverage is fine, what a mini drama about nothing.
There will be the usual big build up which Pars TV can`t offer........and they need a day off to enjoy the occasion.

I honestly thought iPlayer would be available in your region? It`s getting broadcast live on BBC Scotland and iPlayer, so if you can access that possibly using a vpn, then you`re good to go.

Not so long ago the Scottish Cup Final was the annual live `treat` involving clubs available to fans. Now everyone expects to be able to watch it and lots of other games as they happen wherever they are in the world!

Don`t see any reason why it will not be on ParsTV
Just need to ensure that Hampden gives LAN cable not to leave in the lurch
With regard to Hoolie`s sarcastic comment, no idea what it means.
Last time went to Hampden there was an issue with connection, despite the club arranging facilities pre-match

For me, watching ParsTV adds extra Pars-ness! so I will be very pleased if I can share the occasion in the company of the ParsTV team.
It would be understandable if they choose to have the day off, but equally understandable if they don`t. I would be surprised if - as committed presenters of Pars games - they`re not extra keen to cover such an important match, as one of the pinnacles of their work. A big day for the Pars and ParsTV!
