 Buses to Hampden
Topic Originator: BouncyPar

Still no details on the arrangements for the club buses to Hampden, or the range of merch they were supposed to be producing.
I know it`s a busy time for the club, but I`m getting a bit twitchy now tbh

Give them time ffs. Play offs to deal with as well. When I spoke to them last week they were hoping to have the gear in sometime this week.

When is it acceptable to start asking about the buses? I wasn`t aware that raising a bit of concern about how some of us are getting to and from the final was a "ffs" post

Given it’s a week on Saturday, it’s a perfectly reasonable question.
On the merch side, with the home game tonight it’s a pity there’s been nothing official to say it’s arrived as the footfall through the shop this evening could have been lucrative.

We have got a home game tonight I would understand if you ask Tomorrow when our home games before the final is done I think everyone at the club are taking it game by game so when we start getting to the end of the week and you haven’t heard anything then you could hit the panic button

Emailed the club with a query about them last week and had no response.

Not going to be too critical given everything that is going on but it is coming quite soon.

Wasn`t meant as criticism of the club in any way, I`m unsure how anyone interpreted it as that, however here we are.
It`s the final piece of the jigsaw for a lot of us, what the bus details are. Considering it`s 10 days away I`m keen to find out, and I`m sure I`m not alone.

Tbf it was more directed at the merchandise point below yours. Although still unfair response, apologies

I did mention merch in my original post, but tbh I don`t really care, it`s only the buses I`m bothered about 😂

Worst case, fallback solution is public transport, Bouncy.

Fully expect information on buses will come out tomorrow or Thursday. The club has to manage the demand on the shop staff. Which is right and proper.

Without doubt, and it`s been the busiest time the club have faced in many years.
However, what changes tomorrow? There`s still potentially 3 playoff matches along with the final, so at what point does things ease enough for them to be able to sell tickets to the supporters buses? Again, not having a pop at the club, just wondering what the difference between today, tomorrow or next week makes.
If anything, an argument could be made to suggest putting the bus seats on sale early makes sense to get it out the road. They're going to sell out, and they've apparently got them booked already, so leaving them this late only runs the risk of issues occurring, technical problems etc, rather than avoiding extra stress as it's only going to increase the closer to the final.

It eases tomorrow as there are no more games at EEP before the final.

The link to buy in the shop is not working I wonder if the initial batch is sold out.

Nice scarf looks promising for the rest of the merch.

Website was really glitchy this evening after they went up, managed to get one into basket but took about three attempts for it to check out as website kept crashing. Might be worth trying again in the morning

I hope for once the scarfs are a decent length and not something Rupert Bear might just about get away with.

I picked up a couple of the scarves last night. Sorry but they are about 7 inches shorter than my other Pars scarves. They are very cool though and only £12.

Short thin scarfs seem to be the style these days. Looks smart on the 14 year old ultras, maybe not so much on the rest of us
