I see they’re charging an extra fiver if, like me, you use a physical card.

Because physical cards cost money for production and administration. Virtual ones dont

With some of these comments you would think DAFC is a charitable organisation. The pricing looks fair to me and indeed great value for kids in particular.

Won’t sell out again until at least we’re in the top flight as you seen some of them were using the wrong category of ticket and ever since the club found out a good few of them have never came back

The u12 pricing very good again, just a shame I cant purchase one for my daughter as a stand alone season ticket. I only get to 5/6 games a season but to take her along too would be an extra £30-40 than the ST price 🤷🏻♂️ makes it harder to try get her used to going and into football

I`m reading physical season cards will not be available till mid July, where as before you would get one in the shop on the day you purchased as they printed them off there and then.
If physical cards were only available to buy in shop that would stop the non collection I would have thought and no need to charge extra.

She couldn’t use the ST without an adult - would be very difficult for the club to manage admission where junior concessions appear without parent/grandparents.

Im surprised disabled tickets are aligned with over 65 tickets rather than over 75 tickets.
Many over 75s have much more disposable income than most disabled folk

I guess they have to price somewhere not at full price.
A lot of over 75s have more disposable income than working people as well. State pension age is 67, many people get a decent additional pension on top of this. The list is long.
I think it`s the simplest price structure rather than get into big stories about every scenario.

Disappointed at the £5 extra for the physical card. The reasoning was due to the large number of uncollected cards... but if we are being asked whether we want one, then I`d assume only a minimal number of "wasted" physical card. And I suspect a lot of the delays at turnstyles are due to people having fun attempting to manhandle their phone into the reader before the screen goes dark - much easier with a physical card, in my experience. Expect a lot more of this to come, as a lot of folks will go "a fiver for a card? I`ll no bother, I`ll just use my phone..."

The Dunfermline ticket app is good when it comes to scanning. Even better is having it on Google/Apple wallet. No issues with screen going dark etc...

I understand that VEE, shes only 5 so wouldn’t be letting her loose on her own just yet anyway 😂 I mean that if I now want to take her to games, Id need to purchase a full price ticket for an U12 at each game, which then after 3 games Ive spent more than the ST cost for her. Its a shame that because some people abused the system last year, others then must suffer the consequences.

Decided I was going to use the finance option for Season Tickets this season, free up some extra money for Silverstone in a couple of weeks. Does anyone know where I can find this client reference no/order ID??
I’ve been through the process 3 times now and I’ve never seen it each time.

Was having the same issue with using the finance so had to put the application ID in as it wouldn`t accept anything else. Bar using the link when checking out there`s no other way to link the application also the fact its not instant approvals are the selected seats held until the application is approved?
Not the greatest system! should of been able to get this in place before being able to buy the season cards.

I was the same so put my seat number. Hopefully works ok. Last year the season ticket was sent immediately before applying for credit so had the ticket number.
