I think it`s a nonsense that the goal they scored was ruled offside. As far as I could see the only part of the scorer`s body that was nearer to the goal-line than the last defender was his backside. I know you can score legally off your backside and that would be why it was judged to be offside but the fact is he scored with his foot which was onside!
It was a very clever move and deserved to be rewarded with a goal.
