Already in the World Cup, controversial VAR interventions or non-interventions about goals and penalties have eliminated Germany, Senegal and Croatia (maybe others, even Scotland!) The trophy could well be decided by a last-minute VAR intervention.
If VAR had been in use in the past, what big decisions or results affecting team or country could have been affected? I can think of a few for and against DAFC or Scotland, but I`ll leave it open to anyone to resurrect their favourite grievance!

Goal line technology would have prevented the horrors of 1966.
