 Subs on the pitch celebrating goals

I didn’t think that was allowed, but virtually every goal scored in World Cup recently had the entire bench on the pitch to celebrate with the playing team.

Did that not used to be a yellow, or is it acceptable now?

Used to be frowned upon. Obviously turning a blind eye to it at WC. Dunno why though ?

Was surprised last night that the Cabo Verde goalscorer was able to jump the hoardings and walk up the stairs to celebrate with his family - it WAS a worldie so you can forgive him that but a) took forever and b) didn`t appear to be booked for it 🤔
