I think that is slightly unfair on the visiting clubs as the revenue receipts would have exceeded that £100000 for the tie, but whilst slightly unfair, it is probably the best we could have hoped for from our game.

I hope they are drawn away repeatedly and have to play an important one, later in the competition, behind closed doors.
Unfortunately this will probably end up screwing over a wee team who will lose out on a big pay day.

It would be on the net profit rather than gross revenue number, surely.
But even on that basis it feels low.

It’s nearer 10 I think back to a cup quarter final away to Hibs in 2024.
We’re on a bit of a home run in the major cups ourselves, (we played QOTS away in the Challenge cup late last year). Ross Co, Aberdeen, Kelty, Hibs and QOTS is 5 home drawn ties in a row in the two major cup competitions.

I`m certainly no Rangers fan, but chance has no memory, Aaron. Each time a draw is made, there`s a 50/50 chance of being drawn at home or away. How a team was drawn in the previous round is totally irrelevant.
It`s a bit like a couple who have had multiple children of the same gender trying for another baby and expecting to finally get one of the opposite sex. There`s no guarantee. 😀
Not your average Sunday League player.
