That's a shocking offer from Betfair. You can lay the bet off on the exchange at 1.48 so the guaranteed profit should be £339,623 including the 5% commission.

You'd need deep pockets to hedge it but I'd be at the bank for a loan to get the extra £65k return.

That being said I'd let it run as I think it should win.

He cashed, he`ll get £300k if it wins and £250k if it loses. The horse should win but there`s going to be a short price beat at some point this week and that`s a great return for a fiver!

I saw an interview with the guy this morning and he said with some of the money he was going for a round with his dad at Sawgrass.

Yeah i saw him getting interviewed and he seemed like a dead humble guy so great result for him.

And good shooting on the treble there it's a great result too.

I missed the morning show but Kevin Blake seems to be one of the more consistent tipsters on the telly unless it just so happens I've noticed him when he's picked his winners.

He`d had a few decent priced winners earlier in the week and with there being the Irish dominance so far I decided to follow him as he is knowledgeable on that front. Mount Ida (the last horse) apparently traded at 999/1 in running too and it ended up winning by 6 and a half lengths. Sometimes it`s just your day.

Didn't look a winner for about 90% of the race so I can see why!
