It is jake89 but they have found a way round it :-

Campaigners accuse hunts of exploiting loopholes which allow drag hunting – where dogs follow an artificial scent but can pick up a real scent.

There's something about the rich and wanting to kill things. Surely they could reduce the number of foxes in a more humane way? I know they're a pest, but so are moles and you don't see them out hunting them.
