Useless is gonna pilot a trial for Civil Service staff. He couldn’t pilot a fart in his cludgie…
And no loss of pay, lucky them, but who will fund it? And why not pilot getting the one in twenty adults who have never worked a day their puff off their butts?
I’ll ask the young locksmith who is coming to fit a new lock today what he thinks of it. He’s on call 24/7, wife , young kids, paying off his van, paying his taxes etc.
Haven’t heard him swear yet…

Ask the young locksmith how much he charges for a planned 2pm lock change Vs a 2am unplanned one.
The data on the 4 day week suggests it being beneficial, but it`s not without criticism. But let`s ignore any silly research or evidence and go with whatever nonsense is being spouted in the press by poorly trained "journalists".

‘I should have changed that stupid lock, I should have made you leave your key‘
Never understood why Gloria Gaynor needed to do both of those.
Another question for the locksmith.

I guess even if she took his key, she wouldn`t know if he had another, so had to change the lock. She could have just changed the lock, and not bothered to get him to leave the key, but he might have thought that meant he could come back. So, I`m guessing that`s why she should have done both

You`s are taking that lyric out of context. What`s the the next line? "If I`d known for just one second you`d be back to bother me!"
She had figured that the relationship, due to the man`s infidelity and poor behaviour, had come to an end. He had left her and but then when he realised the grass wasn`t greener had returned to his former home with "a sad look upon his face" much to Gloria`s surprise. Fortunately she wasn`t going to be fooled again by this scumbag.
And although my eyes were open
They just might as well be closed

Sorry Ted was unable to to raise your most interesting point with the locksmith as he was finished at 1710. Gloria was a survivor though..
I was was also unable to ask my own as Mrs P told me not to blether and let him get on with his work in peace!
