Maybe as he is retiring he was able to rise above the rivalry of party politics and give an objective assessment of her as a politician.
So the Welsh First Minister deleted his WhatsApp messages, the Welsh Health Minister lost his, various UK Ministers deleted or lost theirs. I think they all said decision-making wasn`t done via WhatsApp. Sound familiar? Maybe the Scottish government practice wasn`t a conspiracy to deceive and avoid scrutiny after all. I`ve never understood how the lawyers conducting the inquiry aren`t able to say whether the official records of all three governments give sufficient audit trail to explain the bases of their decisions.
