Funnily enough, I can not get Michelle Mone and Micheal Gove out my head.

It honks that they`re being given money to hand out free books to children? I`m assuming the free books will be ages appropriate and not Sturgeon`s autobiography 🙄

I reckon the books will be written in Gaelic.

Very true but children from more deprived areas are less likely to have a library card or even a local library due to cuts over the years. Anything being done to potentially improve childhood literacy should be welcomed.

ETA - I didn't realise we only have two libraries left in Dunfermline now (Carnegie and Duloch). What an absolute disgrace. Abbeyview and Townhill both closed now. Wasn't there one at Baldridgeburn too?
