Trump says he`ll take licences from any network who disagrees with him. I thought it was the UK where there was no freedom?

Media executives seem to have forgotten how easy it is to pirate their products.

In unrelated news, huge numbers of people are cancelling HUlu and Disney+ subscriptions aparently.

Are Disney not just a money laundering exercise at this point anyway?
Throwing money away on flop after flop?

I don`t wanna go down like disco.

Depends on what you class as a flop really. New Lilo and Stitch live action was very good.

Only Murders In The Building one of highest rated shows going on a continual basis.

Other recent movies (Encanto, Moana 2, Elemental) all big hits.

Yup, and the back catalogue through Star is massive as well. Plenty of tv shows on there to watch.

It`s like the Running Man. Placate and distract the masses with entertainment.

Only distracting people if people really care though. It’s just tv shows/films. If you want to be politicised theirs plenty out there on Youtube to do so.

Torrent, forgot all about that. I remember first finding Napster on line, downloaded some brilliant live albums, Bootlegs and demos, most of which I`ve never seen anywhere else. That was the glory days of the internet

With companies constantly cancelling and then deleting content, torrenting is basically the only way to access some media.

I didn`t realise how strict they are in Germany until recently. Deffo need a VPN there whereas here all you need is Tor and a torrent client.
