Horrible scenes. Why are humans like this?

Sadly because people become indoctrinated by ridiculous ideological hatred, among other things. Sad Scenes.

It`s just so stupid. I`m not against religion, just how people choose to interpret the "rules" and then use it as an excuse to be mean. Like sorry I can`t buy a cake from a gay man or I can`t shake the hand of a woman or eat meat that wasn`t blessed or whatever. Get a grip. Do they honestly think their God`s were making up rules for this stuff? These are human made rules and so many make no sense.

There certainly isn`t a "rule" that says go out on the beach in Sydney and shoot a load of presumably innocent people because they might follow a certain religion.

not sure if it’s true or not but I’ve seen it posted a few places that one of the shooters was an ex IDF soldier

Quite a bit of information like that out there at the moment. The hard bit is separating the fact from fiction. I`m quite interested in this Arsen Ostrovsky character. Seems he received some minor injury but had the presence of mind to get a selfie and get straight on social media, then was on hand for some interviews straight away. It`s being claimed that very coincidentally he was also at the festival on 7th October and avoided serious injury there too.

It`s very sad for the innocent victims in all this, and their loved ones, unfortunately we have seen false flag attacks time and time again, so I`m taking everything with a pince of salt over who carried out the attacks and why

I very much doubt that could be the case. Why would he shoot at ‘one of his own’?

They mentioned links to Islamic State on radio 4 this morning I think which sounds much more likely.

I suspect the Venn diagram with IS and IDF on it doesn`t exist.

They found IS flags in the car they travelled to the beach in. I think theres too many out there who try to create a conspiracy and narrative rather than just focussing on the fact two lunatics decided to shoot innocent members of a gathering - including a 10 year old

His name matches up and there`s pictures of him in an IDF uniform, the mainstream media tend not to touch these sort of things, doesn`t mean they aren`t out there.

I`m sure a lot of people have matching names.

From BBC

"Akram was not alone in being caught up in false and malicious reports that spread across social media after the shooting. One X post with more than 8m views incorrectly claimed the shooter was an IDF soldier, while another claimed the shooter was a Lebanese man of Palestinian descent."

More pihs from folk getting het up on the Internet because it is a cool story bro.
