Some rando on pusbook now constitutes "Australia".

So all Trump has to find one Greenlander, one Venezuelan and one Canadian and they can add 3 more stars to the flag.

Did you just need some validation from the kool kidz again Brian?

Pretty accurate. Education in the US must be awful if people continue to support a tyrant like Trump.

I don`t have Facebook, so I`m unable to read the Trump and Australia story. What I do know, however, is that most Australians want to end the AUKUS nuclear submarine agreement with the USA and Britain. It was a dreadful mistake by our previous PM.

Apart from the fact that the 40-year deal will likely bankrupt us, we gain nothing from going to war with China, our largest trade partner by far. We Australians and New Zealanders need to find our security in Asia, not from the USA.

Our geography and, increasingly, our demographics, dictate that.

Bletchley, yea that is a post from one person, but its complemented by a huge number of other messages out there, from all around the world.

Oz, do you mean "not from the USA"

think we should all boycott USA good and start using Aliexpress/TEMU a bit more, though it does take a bit longer to get delivered

it`s all so bizarre this war-mongering from the US?

It is way more than just nuclear though isnt it Oz? The aircraft and special forces are very closely connected.

Helluva change to unpick all that.

Yeah you done this on your previous foray into the politics forum, you posted a long rambling thread of people criticising Trump and acted like you had discovered the treasure of Sierra Madre.

You talk of "waking up" the Iranians are revolting against their islamo-fascist rulers and are renaming streets after Trump, the people of Venezuela are waking up from a long nightmare of cartel rule.

The people of Greenland are a 99 year lease away from being rich beyond the dreams of avarice.

I know the world is now scary for you, I genuinely empathise but empires are revealing themselves and the USA is just making sure everything in their sphere of influence is onside.

Good luck with your buy from the CCP campaign.

It`s to allow them to make an informed decision. How else would you suggest you ensure you have an informed electorate?

The worst thing a government can have is educated voters. Why do you think so many Reform and Trump supporters foam at the mouth when speaking?

Bletchley

My post was about Trump and the USA.

I`m well aware of the other issues round the world.
Nobody should take the "law" into their own hands, it will just encourage Russia and China to follow suit.

Trump`s blackmail of 10% tariffs means we all should stop dealing with the USA,
NATO needs to send troops to Greenland now

Ukraine is another area of concern and needs to be stopped, but bully boy Putin is like Trump, they would rather kill people first.

Quite incredible statement for you after your last foray here....you seem determined to send every last man into the meatgrinder rather than accept Ukraine must concede territory.

Is this why you are projecting now Brian? You remember getting called out for your zero regard for human life?

Why ā€œmustā€ Ukraine concede territory?

Would the UK hand over the Falklands if it was invaded? šŸ¤” wait a second…….Would Germany just hand over Bavaria if asked? Would Russia hand over Kaliningrad Oblast if Poland stormed in? Would America concede Hawaii to China if invaded?

Come on now…..you’re being deliberately obtuse now.

for the avoidance of doubt, I totally disagree that Ukraine should give up any territory.

Russia should stop bombing now and leave.

Trump should stop threating NATO before he starts bombing !

I have no idea what you are talking about Bletchely, you seem to be making up stories now.

In all seriousness, he has bruising from canulas (sp?) so he`s in receipt of some sort of medical treatment.

He`s absolutely batshit crazy though and this is a man adored by Farage, a man lots of locals in Dunfermline are going to vote for. It`s a beggar`s belief. Talk about turkeys voting for Christmas!

Bletchley, what do you think about Trumps comments on EU troops, and by extension the Australian troops who have supported their campaigns in the middle east and died as a result?

Do you think they are accurate?
Do you find them disgusting?
Do you think it is another example of him talking complete sloblocks?

He`ll need to check what the guys on the MAGA Discord group say and get back to you.

In the meantime, be assured that Trump is the best, probably the greatest leader, I think, to have ever graced this Earth, which was made by great Americans by the way. People forget that. Without the USA there would be no Earth because God was a Republican, you know?

He forgets one day to the next what he said.

I do think the doctors better take have a look at him before he presses a nuke button by accident

Speculation regarding Donald Trump`s mental fitness, cognitive health, and potential dementia has been a subject of intense public and professional debate throughout his 2024 campaign and into his second term in 2025–2026. Concerns have been raised by political opponents, some mental health professionals, and former associates, while Trump and his supporters have vehemently denied these claims, often citing high scores on cognitive tests.

Here is a breakdown of the information available as of early 2026:

Allegations and Observations
Signs of Cognitive Decline: Critics, including some doctors, have argued that Trump shows indicators often associated with dementia, such as increased reliance on superlatives, phonemic paraphasia (using sounds in place of words, e.g., "mishes" for missiles), and difficulty finishing thoughts.

Rambling and Confusion:
Reports from 2025–2026 have noted long, rambling, and at times incoherent speeches, such as a 99-minute address to Congress in March 2025 or a 2026 press conference where he was described as focusing on "insanity" and "rambling".

Paranoia and Behavior:
Some experts have pointed to increased paranoia, anger, and erratic decision-making—such as demands for investigations into minor inconveniences—as signs of potential frontotemporal dementia.

Memory Issues:
There have been reported instances of Trump confusing historical facts, such as a story about his uncle and the Unabomber in 2025, or appearing unable to recognize people he recently met.

Expert Commentary:
Dr. John Gartner, a psychologist, has argued that Trump is showing "unmistakable signs strongly suggesting dementia," noting a significant deterioration from his earlier, more articulate speaking style in the 1980s. Former White House attorney Ty Cobb has also claimed there is a "significant decline" in Trump`s mental faculties, calling it "palpable".

Defenses and Contrary Evidence

Cognitive Tests:
Trump has repeatedly claimed to have "aced" the Montreal Cognitive Assessment (MoCA), a test designed to detect early signs of dementia. In April 2025, he stated he "got every answer right" on a cognitive exam during a physical.

Official Health Reports:
In April 2025, the White House released results of a physical and cognitive assessment concluding that Trump was in "excellent health" and "fully fit" to serve as president.

Supporter Perspective:
Supporters and some observers argue that his communication style is not a sign of dementia but rather his typical, consistent, and "unconventional" approach to public speaking.
"Sanewashing" Debate: Some argue that media outlets "sanewash" Trump`s speeches, recontextualizing erratic, rambling, or incoherent remarks to make them seem more coherent than they are.

Contextual Factors

Age: As of early 2026, Trump is 79, making his mental health a natural point of discussion, similar to that of his predecessor, Joe Biden.

The Goldwater Rule: Many psychiatrists hesitate to make a formal diagnosis, as the American Psychiatric Association’s "Goldwater Rule" advises against diagnosing public figures without a personal examination.

Dementia vs. Personality: Some argue that the behaviors identified are not new and are a continuation of his established narcissistic personality rather than progressive, organic brain disease.

Hilarious boo-boo by The White House press office on X. They have posted an AI image of Trump walking off into the snow with a penguin and a Greenland flag. Clearly another attempt to troll the Europeans. Only problem is, penguins don’t live in Greenland. Their home is in the southern hemisphere. 😁
