Biffa’s £ 51 million claim against Scot Gov has been thrown out and rightly so.

Maybe they can file a law suit now against Alister Jack our former Colonial Governor..

What an opportunity we missed in 2014.

It will be interesting to see how much coverage this gets in the Unionist media and the tone of any coverage.
