Hi folks, I`m currently in the process of re-writing the iOS version of the app from the ground up. This time, I`m using an Apple framework (SwiftUI) instead of a Microsoft framework (Xamarin). This won`t mean much to most folks, but it means a lighter, smoother running app. Unfortunately, it will only run on iOS 15 and up. Though I know that iPhone folks tend to update their OS regularly, and even the 6S can be upgraded to iOS 15, so I`m hoping most users will be able to use the update now or in the near-ish future.
Anyhow, I am now at a point where it would be good to get a handful of testers. The app has all the features of the current version, but with the addition of Themes (though without the ability to create custom themes). It also has other improvements such as proper image caching, and font size changes are independent on each screen (so you can change the Posts font size without affecting Forums of Threads).
I will be adding Live Updates and Search to this version over the coming weeks.
So... if you fancy being a bit of a guinea pig, can you email ijm.software@yahoo.com, giving me your Apple email address. I`ll add you as a tester. The app is installed via the TestFlight app, which you`ll need to install on your device. It should all be a fairly smooth experience though - it will pop up when I invite you.
