.. is out there about now. It will present video and YouTube embeds as simple hyperlinks that will do something appropriate when pressed (I.e. prompt for a browser or open in the YouTube app).

I have the latest iOS version (16.2) and have downloaded the latest version of .net from the App Store (3.15) and it crashes immediately as soon as l try to open it. Any help would be much appreciated thanks

I have that exact same combination. What phone model do you have, and has the app worked previously? I’d also try completely deleting and reinstalling it.
I will hopefully have crash reports that might point me in the right direction. Unfortunately I won’t get a chance to do that for a few days.

Hi that’s ok any help is much appreciated. I have an iPhone 12pro max which I got lately. I have tried to delete and reinstall but it still crashes instantly when selecting app from the Home Screen, No this version has never worked for me on any of my phones. I had the older version of the app on my previous Phone (iPhone xs pro) which worked fine but that version is no longer available in the App Store. Thanks 👍🏻

Hello KAPP-Par. The crash reports I have for v3.15 seem to suggest that it`s iOS version 6.0.2 (as opposed to 6.2) - can you double-confirm that you have 6.2? It`s possible that the app hasn`t sent any crash report for some reason.
For the crash report I do have, I can see the area it crashed at, but not the root cause. However, I have an idea, and put some in some defensive code. I`ll run the updated version (v3.16) on my phone for a day to make sure I haven`t introduced any issues, and then make it public.

I`ve just published v3.16 - though if that solves your issue it will be a minor miracle, as I`m running blind as I can`t reproduce the issue, nor do I have any crash reports :-(

Hi. I’ve just changed to an iphone14 and downloaded the DAFC.net app. However when I try to use it the app doesn’t open but immediately shuts down. Is there an update to the app you could do to allow iphone14 user’s access. Thanks in Advance

I am suspecting this crash is an Apple issue, rather than my code crashing (I am not getting any crash reports submitted). I notice that iOS 16.3.1 is available - perhaps that will solve this crash? One can hope…

For the benefit of other posters on here, the workaround is to change your device to 24 hour setting. I’ll aim for a fix this week, though.

As mentioned on the other thread, I`ve managed to fix the bug - I`ve submitted V3.55 to Apple - hopefully it will be approved and available in the next day or so. So for those of you who get the crash on open... that should no longer happen (or if you can`t wait, just set your time in Settings to 24 Hour format!).
