Can’t get the most recent version of .net to work on new handset after downloading.
The logo came up on the screen - but no joy trying to open the forum.
Any help appreciated.

This continues to baffle me. Seems to work fine on the majority of decides, yet it crashes out on some devices - and I don’t even get a crash report so it seems that it isn’t even my code that’s crapping out. I’ll check again later for crash reports, in case it’s different this time. What version of iOS are you running?

Oh... I can see a crash report, and it is to do with date/time conversion. Do you have your phone set to the 12 Hour clock? If so, can you try setting it to 24 hours (Settings -> General -> Date & Time -> 24 Hour Time?)

That worked - you are a hero !!!
I prefer the 12 hour clock - but what the hell - I can read metric time as well !!!
Thanks

Can’t believe that has been the root cause all along. I’ll look to put in a fix at the earliest opportunity - it should work regardless of your time setting!

Sometimes it`s simple things that result in a eureka moment.
That would be useful, but not critical - I generally only use the `phone for browsing comments etc. and can easily switch between time formats.

I`ve managed to fix the bug - I`ve submitted V3.55 to Apple - hopefully it will be approved and available in the next day or so.
