This was on my doorstep, the old guy's foot must have been on the wrong pedal and just panicked to have got the speed up to leap through the hedge like they did.

They were helped out, obviously shocked but on their feet at least. Fingers crossed that there's no lasting damage. The burn is about 2-3ft deep at that point.
