It was with Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare that the evolution of CoD and fps (first person shooters) really took a big leap forward. It was until 2015 and Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare which saw the introduction of enhanced movement that would see the franchise take another true evolutionary shift.
