A Norn Iron company called Bob & Berts has put in a planning application to open a burger, sandwich & coffee shop in Mcdonalds old place.

The toon centre really could do with a fast food gaff. I'm not a major lover of McDonald's but it was quite a good place to grab a quick snack before heading out for pints or if you needed something fast

Opening in Falkirk and Kirkcaldy too. Suspect it'll be the same franchisee for all 3. Been a long time coming - that unit's been under offer for months now.

In all seriousness, they are probably likely to go into either the M&S or Debenhams unit. Depends which one goes into administration first. Clock is ticking for these types of shops.
